Lay-by Terms and Conditions
At Zamel's Jewellers we offer all our customers up to 3 months
Lay-by on every product available in our stores. With the
minimum requirement such as a 20% deposit and at least a payment
fortnightly, you are guaranteed not to miss out on some of the
finest jewellery in the world.

5 Year Diamond Guarantee
All diamond jewellery at Zamel's is covered by our 5 year
guarantee on the quality and craftsmanship , please talk to any
of sales consultants for more details, terms and conditions
apply.
Refund Policy
We are confident in our products and believe you will be happy
with your choice, however We are not obligated to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. We will meet our obligation under the relevant State Legislation to provide a remedy if the goods are defective.
PLEASE RETAIN RECEIPT AS PROOF OF PURCHASE
Please note that, due to health regulations, earrings for
pierced ears and body jewellery can not be returned, so please
make your selection carefully.
