Some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size, and colours may vary on screen. If you require clarification on the size or colour of any item, please arrange an in-store appointment prior to committing to purchase these items. Rain checks or equivalent goods may be offered if stock is unavailable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Carat tw = carat total weight. White Gold, Rose Gold and some Sterling Silver jewellery has been rhodium plated to enhance its appearance. This plating is not permanent and may require re-plating in the future. Pendant prices include rose, gold or silver tone plated display chains only. CZ denotes Cubic Zirconia.
You must pay for products purchased on the Zamel’s website at the time of placing an order, in the manner explained on this website.
Zamel’s uses its best effort to ensure products ordered are available for delivery. Otherwise, in most cases Zamel’s will notify you where a product is unavailable prior to you completing your order. You acknowledge that in certain circumstances this is not possible, and Zamel’s may need to decline an order you have placed for a product where Zamel’s determines that it is unavailable for delivery. We do not accept responsibility for any items advertised on this website that may be unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. Rainchecks or equivalent goods may be offered if stock is unavailable.
Delivery terms including delivery areas, delivery costs and estimated delivery times are contained in Zamel’s Delivery Information. We retain ownership and title of the goods we supply to you until we have received the full price for the goods, relevant delivery charges, and dispatched your order.

A minimum expiry period of 3 years and no post-purchase fees apply to gift cards/vouchers purchased from 31 March 2018. Zamel’s will honour the gift card/voucher for at least 3 years, regardless of what is printed on the card.
The following exclusions apply:
- A gift card or voucher that was sold before 31 March 2018. The terms and conditions in place at the date of purchase of those cards will continue to apply.
- A gift card or voucher that is given by a business for free to a consumer.
- A gift card or voucher exchanged for goods returned to the supplier of the goods.
- Gift cards supplied as part of a customer VIP program.
- A gift card or voucher supplied as part of a temporary marketing promotion as a bonus to the purchase of a good or service.
WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES AND REFUND POLICY
Many of our products come with a guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer. In addition, they come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the issue with the goods is not major, we will repair or replace the item. If we do not do so within a reasonable time, you can choose to have the goods repaired or replaced.
You are entitled to a refund or exchange where goods are wrongly described or different from a sample shown to you.
Where applicable, we will meet our obligation to provide a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
