OUR RETURNS POLICY

Shop our online store with peace of mind. This refund policy is limited to purchases made through our online store only and does not extend to physical stores. This is because we realise that our customers are not able to inspect each online item in person like they would be able to in our physical stores.

Subject to the Consumer Guarantees, items returned for change of mind within 14 days can be returned for an exchange or full refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item(s) are purchased through our online store within 14 days of delivery for a full refund by following the requirements below.
  • Your item(s) must not have been customised or otherwise modified by you or by Zamel’s at your request. This includes special orders and items that have been resized or otherwise customised or modified.
  • Item(s) must be returned in original, unused and unworn condition free from any damage or sign of wear and with all packaging, paperwork and certificates that originally accompanied your item(s), ready for re-sale.
